- Course objectives
- Upon completion of the course the students will be knowledgeable about health preventive physical activity, which is the starting point of deliberate physical activity of a student (person) in the context of an adequate physical activity regime and active lifestyle. On the basis of theoretical knowledge and practical demonstrations of physical activity, the students will be able to participate in the development of a physical activity programme for children.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the learner understands the theoretical requirements for preventive physical activities that are an essential part of a physical regime and a healthy lifestyle. The learners are ready to apply these theories in practice and to use the acquired knowledge and skills in shaping a person's movement regime.
- Syllabus
- Význam pohybové aktivity pro zdraví. Režim fyzické aktivity a zdravotně orientovaná kondice. Podpora a ovlivňování svalové zdatnosti a flexibility, aerobní zdatnosti a tělesné stavby. Pohybová aktivita ve škole i mimo školu, individuální pohybové programy. Zahřívací, protahovací, relaxační a posilovací cvičení. Psychomotorická cvičení. Kondiční cvičení. Cvičení v přirozeném prostředí. Netradiční pohybové aktivity.
