- Course objectives
- Present themes concerning the community of francophone countries. The selected themes should stimulate students to thinking and expressing their own opinions by a clear and structured way. At the end of this course, students should be able: to comprehend articles and reports on contemporary issues in French-speaking countries: to interpret these texts in both oral and written forms. They should argue about commun topics. They should also be able to correct spelling

- Discussion (writting and oral), correcting spelling
- Assessment methods
- Workshop Ending: credit. Requirements for ending: meet the workshop requirements and the active participation (70%). Written and oral exam. First part in January, the second part during the semester : in that case, it will have achieved an average of 70% in the two written tests to be held during the semester. If this is not the case, it will be necessary to pass the catch-up session in January. 70% success required at the written part and 70% at the oral one.
