Course objectives
Present themes concerning the community of francophone countries. The selected themes should stimulate students to thinking and expressing their own opinions by a clear and structured way. At the end of this course, students should be able: to comprehend articles and reports on contemporary issues in French-speaking countries: to interpret these texts in both oral and written forms. They should argue about commun topics. They should also be able to correct spelling

Discussion (writting and oral), correcting spelling
Assessment methods
Workshop Ending: credit. Requirements for ending: meet the workshop requirements and the active participation (70%). Written and oral exam. First part in January, the second part during the semester : in that case, it will have achieved an average of 70% in the two written tests to be held during the semester. If this is not the case, it will be necessary to pass the catch-up session in January. 70% success required at the written part and 70% at the oral one.
