Course objectives
At the end of the course student should be able to explain Function od the State and his Organizations ant Institutions (Parliament, Goverment, President, Political system, Political Parties and so on).
Syllabus
  • 1. State, origin, signs, functions. 2. Political autority, division, control. 3. The constitution, structure and its function. 4. Parliament, the structure and scope. 5. The government and its executive organs. 6. Government. 7. Autonomy government and its institutions. 8. Elections, types, characterization. 9. Policy response. 10. Political entities (parties, movements, coalitions).

Assessment methods
Subject is conclude colloquium, precondition is credit from seminar. Student obtains two asks. At ignorance obtains third ask. He must know two ask.
