Course objectives
Basic taxonomy and phylogenetics information connected with the knowledge about life and spreading of invertebrate animals and their ecology. Identification and determination of the most important representatives.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Náplní přednášek je základní charakteristika, tj. morfologie a anatomie; přehled modelových druhů, jejich bionomie, zejména rozmnožování a vývoj (vývojové cykly), ekologie a rozšíření, týkající se zástupců následujících taxonomických jednotek: 1. Říše: Archeozoa a Protozoa (dříve podříše Protozoa): 3 + 13 kmenů (Archamoebae, Metamonada, Microspora; Euglenozoa, Parabasala, Opalozoa, Choanozoa, Percolozoa, Rhizopoda, Radiozoa, Heliozoa, Apicomlexa, Ciliophora) 2. Říše: Animalia (dříve podříše Metazoa) - Diblastica: kmeny Porifera, Placozoa, Cnidaria, Ctenophora, Myxozoa 3. Animalia Triblastica - Protostomia: kmeny Platyhelminthes, Chaetognatha 4. Animalia Triblastica - Pseudocoelomata (dříve kmen Nemathelmintes): kmeny Rotifera, Acanthocephala, Gastrotricha, Cephalorhyncha (= Priapulida), Nematoda, Nematomorpha 5. Animalia Triblastica - Coelomata: kmeny Mollusca, Sipunculida, Echiurida 6. Kmeny: Anelida, Nemertea, Pogonophora, Tardigrada, Onychophora 7. Kmen: Arthropoda: podkmeny: Trilobitomorpha, Pycnogonida, Chelicerata 8. Podkmen: Crustacea: 5 tříd 9. Podkmeny: Myriapoda a Hexapoda: 4 + 2 třídy 10. Hexapoda - Ectognatha: podtřídy Archeognatha, Zygentoma, Pterygota 11. Hexapoda Ectognatha - Pterygota: kohorta Holometabola 12. Kmeny: Entoprocta, Cycliophorida, Bryozoa, Phoronidea, Brachiopoda 13. Animalia Triblastica - Deuterostomia: kmeny Echinodermata, Hemichordata
