  • Úvod a koretický rozbor bruslení, krasobruslení a ledního hokeje. Metodika výcviku základního bruslení dětí, úrazová zábrana. Základní praktický výcvik - jízda vpřed, zastavení, jízda v zatáčkách, překládání vpřed, oblouky vpřed ven nebo dovnitř, jízda vzad, obraty poskoky, hry na ledě.
