Course objectives
The goal is to familiarise students with the conception and content of modern management, main management trends and conceptions. Attention in the first place will be on decision making processes and other control leading activities including practical application of them.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Osnova Klíčová slova: Organizace jako systémy. Teorie a diagnóza organizací. Teorie a principy managementu. Informační a rozhodovací procesy v organizaci. Metody a techniky. Strategický management. Organizační a operační management. Personální management. Leadership I: Motivace pracovní činnosti, styly vedení. II: Pojetí a metody práce manažera.
