- Course objectives
- The objective of this subject is intensification knowledge of the Russian culture. The acquirement of the relation between the study of the language and realities and the national connotation of the word is important. The emphasis is placed on the reading and listening of the authentic texts trom Russian periodicals and art literature. The students theirselves look for in the ambit of the obligatory project for texts and publications about the Russian culture on the internet and different publications.

- The emphasis is based on the relation between the language study and the study of the realities in the ambit of these basic topics: 1. Architecture. Moscow and its suburbs. Sankt-Petersburg and its suburbs. 2. Comparison of catholicism and orthodoxy.Traditional celebrations of particular holidays. 3. Russian applied art. 4. Customs and traditions
