Course objectives
The aim of the course is to gain knowledge on the issue   exercise physiology, introduction to the basics of school back, the basics of ergonomics for disabled persons.
Syllabus
  • 1.Physiology exercise I. 2.Physiology body II. 3.Physiology exercise III. 4.Stress, tresor, burden-basic concepts, the concept of workload, types of stress, preventing the burden and stress 5.School back I. 6.School back II. 7.Work and entered into 8.Work and sitting 9.Rehabilitation aspects of the work from a seated position, working with computer   10.Manipulace with loads   11.Rehabilitations aspects of the handling of loads   12.Ergonomie for people with disabilities.
