Course objectives
Meteorology, climatology, hydrology - exercises Acquirement of the knowledge of basic properties of atmosphere and meteorological elements. Practical activities with meteorological apparatuses, including measuring terms. Cartographic expression of most used climatic classifications. Hydrologic concepts verifying by means of characterisation of water net in Czech Republic.
Syllabus
  • 1. The vertical section through atmospere
  • 2. The measurement of temperature and dampness of air
  • 3. The measurement of air pressure and of the aet and rapidity of wind
  • 4. Meteorological measure plot, meteorological screen, outfit and lokalisation
  • 5. The climate characterisation of the choised region
  • 6. The organisation of the collection and interpretation of meteorological data
  • 7. Main european watersheds, continuance and characteristics, cartographical representation
  • 8. The main watersheds of Czech republic, dimension, modulus of flow, schematical representation
