Course objectives
After this course students should be able to apply the printed and written form of Russian alphabet and operate pronunciation and intonation correctly. They should also racognize the written and spoken Russian text and operate the basic knowledge of Russian language.
Syllabus
  • Textbook "Ruština nejen pro samouky" (lessons 8 - 14). Topics: Introducing. Addressing. Greetings. How are you? Telephoning. Grammar: Conjugation. Future tense. Construction u menja jest. Cardinal numerals. Declension of Nouns - feminines. Special spelling exercises. "Davay" magazine - selected texts.

Teaching methods
Students work up homework and within an individual work they elaborate lexical excercises and essays during the study. Students work individually and they also cooperate in group projects. They continuously read Russian texts.

Written tests and oral exam. Credit course, active participation, homeworks.
