Course objectives
Subject interest in expanding the audience of modern geographical analysis of spatial data. It focuses on issues of regional development for the practice of public administration. Applicants acquainted with the practical application of methodological tools for regional development. At the edn of course students should be albe to use the method of geography analysis and synthesis in practises.

  • 1. Basic development trends in social geography after years 1989.
  • 2. Proces of transformation, reclassifikations and privatization in socialeconomic sectors in Czech republic.
  • 3. Modern methods of the regional development.
  • . 4. Development strategies and programs for regions, cities and villages.
