- Course objectives
- The goal of the subject is getting acquainted with techniques of socially-psychological training and with their possible application in students_ practice. It briefly shows the basis of techniques based on an active social learning, a characteristic of a training group, the rules and requirements concerning the training group and concerning the facilitater-trainer. It shows basic available techniques, so-called interactive exercises, including the feedback technique and self-reflex of group interactions. In dependence on the number of students and organisation possibilities, demonstrations or directly applications of particular techniques are also included.
- Syllabus
- The goal of the subject is getting acquainted with the fundamentals of the theory of socially-psychological training, acquiring capability to prepare and realise partial techniques of an interactive training in a managerial work and in a practical exercise to acquire a view of his own interactive skills (perceptional, communicative, organisational) and social marks influencing the relations to people and personal interactive style.
