Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to: scientific work and the possible application of basic methods of educational research. Become familiar with the ethical principles of scientific work. Become familiar with using computer technology in research work.
Syllabus
  • 1st Information Resources professional scientific work, types of spring and literary sources 2nd   Work with professional literature and electronic documents 3rd The methods of science, the goals of scientific research, science and scientific theory, scientific work and knowledge creation as a way to discoveries   4th Problems and hypotheses, generality and specificity problems and hypotheses 6th Types of variables and making the selection and randomness, the principle znáhodňování 3rd Working with data and their processing by computer. 3rd Presentation of results of research investigations and typographic treatment professional and scientific work 7th Research projects, goals, control variance, projects "inadequate" and projects "good" 10th Selected methods of quantitative and qualitative research
