- Course objectives
- Student will be able to explain current approaches to integration and inclusion of students with disabilities and is able to work under the guidance apply to the specific situation of the particular school.
- Syllabus
- Basic terms of special education, inclusion, creating an inclusive school environment and class. Special educational and pedagogical-psychological diagnosis of special educational needs, diagnostic and intervention activities. Special educational methods and techniques, compensation, and teaching aids and their use. Cooperation with the PPP and the SPC in the process of integration. Models of integration of students with disabilities into the educational process, teamwork teaching staff and their competence. Individual Education Plans. Support for pupils, their families and teachers.
