- Course objectives
- Students will be able to define and explain the basic educational and psychological patterns of school clasroom as a social group. Acquire the basic diagnostic tools and methods. Will be able demonstrate on concrete examples (case studies) the basis of analysis and basic understanding of relationships and students behaviour. Will be able to interpret the obtained results, suggesting a change management plan for concrete cases. The students demonstrate leadership skills of a particular form of group work. They will learn to design, plan and use of their knowledge base in the development of group rules, group communication. They learn to evaluate the techniques and methods of group work and their correct use.
