It include problems of the rudiments of law, especially terminology, logical relationships, determination of state power bodies and determination their juridictions for students.

  • Conception and elements legal rules, Structure of legal rules. Applicability of legal rules. Time applicability of legal rules. Conception - legal relations. Presumptions, elements. Legal facts Legal act. Validity. Invalidity. Objectionability. Persons of legal relations. Objects of legal relations and subjekt of legal relations. Application of law. Documents of application of law. Application procedure.
