Course objectives
The seminar follows the lecture. Work in the seminar is focused on analysis of demographic, economic and social factors, and reflect on current developments. Students work with various authentic materials (maps, graphs, texts).

  • France - the administrative division. Population of France. Transformation of the French economy. Development of the French Regions. L'Ile de France and the north of France. West - inland and coast. Lyon and the surrounding East. South of France. Overseas Departments and Regions. France in Europe and worldwide.

Workshop Ending: credit. Requirements for ending: meet the workshop requirements and the active participation (70%). Final exam (as a successful exam is considered one with at least 70 %)
