- Course objectives
- The course aims to introduce students to contemporary Russia: geography, culture, architecture, customs and mentality of the population. Furthermore, to develop language skills and speaking skills. Students concurrently develop their language skills in listening and reading Russian film, music, texts from the Internet.

- The content of the subject was included in the following topics: 1.Geography of Russia. Climatic and natural conditions, and surface waters. 2.The political system of the Russian Federation. 3.Moscow. Capital. Sights. 4.Petersburg. Window to Europe. Sights. Tourism. 5.Architectural monuments. North of Russia and the Golden Circle. 6.Orthodoxy and Catholicism. 7.Russian traditions and Russian kitchen.

- 6 hours contact - lectures, students work independently with the Russian-speaking lyrics, listen to Russian music, Russian radio, watch Russian television and movies (via internet).
