Prerequisites
Předmět je povinnou součástí kombinovaného bakalářského studia oboru Sociální pedagogika. Předpokladem pro jeho ukončení je splnění úkolů vymezených sylabem předmětu a úspěšným složením zápočtu. Výuka probíhá formou přednášek a navazujících konzultací. Zkouška je písemná.

Course objectives
Private Law 1 and 2 is inteded for (social) pedagogics students to give them basic overview regarding the civil law as well as it´s specific areas. Moreover, the Czech civil law will be put in a general context of the Czech legal system as such. Due to a complemenatry position of the subject, the education is not designed to build a detailed knowledge, but to consolidate and develop legal awareness of the future professionals working in social sphere. Regarding structure of the education, it is constituted by three thematic blocks.

  • Autumn 2011: I. Introduction - basic principles and legal sources. II. Material Civil Law - structure; elementary institutes; personality protection;consumer´s protection; legal acting; heritage; ownership; matrimonila law; selected contractual types; liability III. Procedural Civil Law – basic characteristics; subjects; principles and legal sources; stages and means of remedy; execution - phases, tools and principles Spring 2012: I. Labou Law - basic sources, principles and legal institutes; labour contract - contracting, course and termination. II. Family Law - sources, principles and structure; matrimonial law; parentage; alternative family care; institutional care III. Social - legal protection of Children - bodies and limits of their authority; tools; place in the legal system; relation to family law
