- Course objectives
- The main aim is a debugging of former piano study. At the end of the course students should be able to play the small pieces of the world literature for solo piano from the Baroque to the present. At the end of the course students should be able to improvise when playing national folk songs and artificial songs.
- Syllabus
- Scales, chords, studies, interpretation of piano piece L. van Beethoven: Sonatina G major, 1st movement. The basics of improvisation: Accompaniments to 25 songs, stylized in accompaniment, playing according to the guitar marks.

- Practical exercises.
- Assessment methods
- Credit. Lectures, drills, homeworks. The students have to visit the lectures (piano lessons), to practise and to play studied piano pieces (L. van Beethoven: Sonatina G major, 1st movement). Playing 25 folk songs, stylized in accompaniment, playing according to the guitar marks.
