Course objectives
At the end of the course student should be able to explain Function od the State and his Organizations ant Institutions (Parliament, Goverment, President, Political system, Political Parties and so on).
Syllabus
  • 1. The State Development and forming conditions. 2. The features and functions of the state. 3. The basic documents of the constitutional order of the Czech Republic. 4. State power. 5. Division and control of state power. 6. The bodies of state administration. 7. Forms of government. 8. Democracy, development, characteristics, forms. 9. Policy, dimensions and characteristics. 10. Political system of the Czech Republic as part of a democratic state. 11. Political parties (parties, movements, coalitions). 12. Elections, types, characteristics.

Seminar. Instrut is obligated, for is class discussion.

Subject is concluded credit. Student obtains two asks. At ignorance obtains third ask. He must know two ask.
