- Course objectives
- The aim is to deepen knowledge and practice of practical language exercises. Furthermore, the practice of oral and written expression, grammar and communicative skills. A fundamental component of the course is to improve speaking a phonetic, lexical and grammatical. Students concurrently develop their listening and reading skills when working with texts and current periodicals. The main emphasis of the course is placed on developing communicative skills through dialogue, discussions and debates with the use of Russian newspapers and magazines, Internet, and Russian television.

- Teaching methods
- Active participation in teaching, performing assigned homework, individual work. Recommended reading and listening in the Russian language.
- Assessment methods
- A condition for granting credit is writing an essay based on the outline of the subject (ie, conversational topics) of their choice. The work will be checked and evaluated teachers. If you are at work there are grammatical, lexical and stylistic errors, the work will be returned for reprocessing. The deadline to submit the first version - the last week of teaching. Each student will prepare a short presentation on a chosen topic that oral argument at length about 5 minutes.
