Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with current knowledge, capabilities and practices to promote, development and education of pupils with impaired communication skills. The teaching will be presented diagnostic methods currently used in speech therapy, including procedures for the analysis of special educational needs, which are in connection with communication disorder may occur. Based on case studies, students will gain knowledge about the education of pupils with impaired communication skills, learn about the practices the concept of individual education plan and its implementation, including the preparation of other materials to the development of communication skills according to the needs of students, and also demands placed on them during education placed.
