- At the end of the course students should be able to:
- Incorporate the Environmental Education into existing curricula
- Explain the difference between Ecology and Environmental
- Explain basic ecological concepts (population, community, ecosystem);
- Characterize global environmental problems; - Explain how to dispose of different types of waste; - Syllabus

- The form of teaching: mass-frontal, mass-independent work Methods of teaching: Lecture, work with literature.
- Assessment methods
- Assessments methods: written test, oral debate. Final score: basic orientation in issues - verification of knowledge through a test and during the discussion. To obtain a colloquium it is nescessary to achieve at least 70 %. Students who obtain in test 60-69 % must pass an oral debate. If students obtain a test of 59% or less, the test must be repeated.
