Course objectives
The course is focused on meeting up the students in a new group, self-experience and self-knowledge activities, outdoor leisure time activities, individual work and work with a group, the first feedback of their study (motivation, expectation, qualification) etc. At the end of the course the students will be able to: - reflect their own experience as supposed quality work, - define self-knowledge and outdoor techniques, - use specific work forms with a client in leisure time.
Syllabus
  • This meet up course takes place at the beginning of the study (in the first / second week of winter term). The course aims at active involvement of the participants, their own experiences through the leisure and self-experience activities. The purpose is to enable the students to get to know each other in environment out of the pedagogical faculty and to recognize new aspects of their personality. Self-experience and self-knowledge activities are parts of the course, as well as outdoor games and orientation in the environment. The students master particular work forms (group work / individual work). At the end of the course they reflect their study for the first time (considering their motivation, expectation and qualification after graduation).
