Course objectives
The student will know the problematics: of the diagnostic and the speech therapy, of the communication process and the speech development; application of the systems of alternative and augmentative communication; of the diagnostic and therapeutical process of the communication disabilities.
Syllabus
  • Speech therapy, its conception and interprofessional cooperation. Communication process: verbal communication, nonverbal communication. Ontogeny of the speech, influence of the psychological and social factors. the utilization of the supports, aids and instruments in speech therapy practice. the diagnostic and methods of the therapy of particular forms of the communication disabilities.
