Course objectives
The objective of the course is to learn basic experimental methods in current chemistry. Mainly methods of instrumental analysis.

  • Atomic absorption spectrometry. Molecular absorption spectrometry (spectrophotometry). Atomic Emission Spectrometry. Photoluminescence methods. ICP. Extraction. Liquid chromatography. Gas chromatography. Potentiometry. Conductometry. Electrophoresis Capillary electrophoresis. Isotachoforesis capillary isotachoforesis. Polarography. Mass spectrometry MALDI-TOF. Tandem method
