Course objectives
Purposes of this course is to obtain basic education in special pre-school age from the social and educational point of view. Theoretical knowledge concerning psychological components of professional work in kindergarten. At the end of this course student should be able to:
- define and explaine basic concepts of educational and social psychology
- define process of socialization, social learning and social environment influence in pre-school age
- descibe and explane learning process in children
Syllabus
  • 1. Social psychological analysis of the interpersonal interaction and activities for teacher´s work. 2. Socialisation, social learning, socialisation in kindergarten.
  • 3. Perceptional skills in preschool teacher´s work, atribution.
  • 4. Communication. Preschool teacher´s skills in communication.
  • 5. Psychology associated with life in group with a view to dynamism in dyad and small group of children.
  • 6. Psychology of teaching-learning process.
  • 7. Psychology of creativity and inteligence.
  • 8. Difficulties with problem behavior in preschool children.
  • 9. Psychology of education. Parenting style.
  • 10. Climate of class and kindergarten.
  • 11. Personality of preschool teacher.
