- Course objectives
- The course includes methods and approaches in teaching Russian language. Attention is centered on theirs application in teaching, use of traditional and alternative methods. Emphasis is placed on working with Russian textbooks and other teaching aids, their appreciation and practical use with regard to the age of pupils, pedagogical requirements and goals.
Students will be led to deepen the knowledge and abilities of using traditional and alternative Russian teaching methods language in sync with the use of textbooks and other tools. Within the micro-level, students will be guided To reflect the learning process, to assess the needs of pupils, the strategies used to achieve pedagogical goals. Students will learn autonomy in the evaluation of their own course, selection of methods and aids in teaching Russian. - Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course students will be able to apply classical and alternative methods in teaching Russian language in conjunction with the use of textbooks and other aids. They will also be able to choose appropriate strategies for achieving pedagogical goals in teaching Russian.
