Syllabus
  • Teaching practice takes place for a week in a kindergarten cooperating with the Faculty of Education in Brno, which have been assessed by the Czech School Inspectorate as examples of good practice. Kindergartens are selected so that their focus is different (Dalton Plan, Step by Step, Kindergarten with promoting health, regular kindergarten). Teaching practice is considered as the observation in classes where students observe the environment, teachers and children. After the practice there are reflective workshops involving university teachers and psychologist. Students learn about the dynamics of their behaviour, feelings, and their self-esteem. Students recognize strong points of their personality and focus on their further development.
