- Course objectives
- The aim of the seminar is to strengthen the competences of students for teaching in preschool settings with the focuse on supporting At-risk children a and children with behavioral problems. The seminar is based on the concept of inclusive approaches to the education of at-risk children with the focuse on behavior difficulties. The theoretical framework will be applied to the practice in daily school work.
- Learning outcomes
- The student will be able to assess a preschool aged child's needs with focuse on the risk of challanges in his behaviour and build on these necessary intervention measures.

- Behavior difficulties/disorders in the context of its development – circular context of emotional, cognitive and social support and social inclusion, inclusion in the sense of participation Behavior difficulties/disorders as a barrier in access to learning and education, quality of life – link with the individual context of the child on the path to adulthood ADHD/ADD-and educational needs of child, the risk for the development of behavior disorders Educational Intervention as the approach to children in need Teaching strategies with the focus on behavior-management School environment and provison for promoting and strengthening children, pupils at risk, work with family/community Applied behavior analysis
