- Course objectives
- The attention is focused on the practice of theoretical knowledge about Russian morphological system. The seminar is closely linked with the subject ZS1BK_RGR1.
At the end of this course the student will be able to identify basic grammatical features of nouns and adjectives; to perform comparative linguistic analysis; to use nouns and adjectives in written and oral expression correctly. - Syllabus
- 1. Nouns first inflection at sg. Practice, assigning to patterns.
- 2. Nouns first inflection at sg. Practice, assigning to patterns. Variations in sg.
- 3. Nouns first inflection at pl. Practice, assigning to patterns. Variations in pl. First inflection.
- 4. Revision: the first noun inflection in the singular and plural.
- 5. The second declension of nouns.
- 6. The second declension of nouns. Variations in the second inflection.
- 7. The third declension nouns.
- 8. Revision: noun second and third inflection.
- 9. Adjectives and their characteristics. Internal lexical-semantic classification of adjectives.
- 10. Morphological categories of adjectives: paradigmatics, name and compound shapes.
- 11. Morphological categories of adjectives: paradigmatics, comparison category of adjectives. Accent and spelling of adjectives.

- Teaching methods
- Students work up homework and within an individual work they elaborate lexical and grammar excercises during the study. Students work individually and they also cooperate in group projects.
- Assessment methods
- Requirement: 1. Practical use of terminology and theoretical knowledge acquired through self-study in the framework of the course RGR1. 2. Homework. 3. Encompassment of written final work (75%).

General note: Pokud se přihlásí méně než 10 studentů, výuka se nebude konat. Studenti mohou chodit do odpovídajících předmětů katedry ruského jazyka a literatury.
