- Course objectives
- Students will improve their communicative competence at the level of B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Students consolidate acquired communicative competence (linguistic, sociolinguistic and pragmatic). Emphasis is also placed on developing intercultural competencies. The course is based on authentic materials.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course, students should be able to: understand articles and reports concerned with contemporary problems, interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity, take an active part in discussion, and sustaining their views, write an essay or report, passing on information or giving reasons in support of, or against, a particular point of view.
