- Course objectives
- Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to develop and consolidate professional competencies with regard to the area of gallery art mediation. In this practice emphasis is placed on the professional field of practice. The student has the possibility to link the theoretical and practical knowledge gained within the framework of the subject of Exhibition Creation, Fundamentals of Art. The course is closely interconnected with the Atelier of Materials and Technologies 1 where the student reflects his / her professional experience and extends his / her knowledge and skills in gallery and art mediation. It is a continuous practice that the student carries out for 10 weeks during the semester. In total, it is min. 40 hours of practice, 20 hours directly in the selected gallery and 20 hours dedicated mainly to their own preparation or help to the supervisor (eg work on projects, preparation of exhibitions, presentations, etc.).
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the subject the student will: • evaluate his / her own development within the professional field of practice, • a more efficient process of planning, realization and reflection of his own gallery animations or exhibition projects, • based on the reflection of his / her own work, creates an alteration that he uses in subsequent projects. basic skills related to all components of work in galleries, • reflecting the climate of a particular workplace and their impact on their own work.
