- Course objectives
- The cours is based on the analysis of authentic documents. Students are familiarized with the general principles of written communication and with the formal requirements of business correspondence in French. Creation of the written documents based on their models.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course the students are able to: • differentiate different types of business correspondence documents, • understand their statement, • create their own written documents, • apply the knowledge and skills in practice.

- 1. Poste. 2. E-mail and fax. 3. Formal and informal letter. 4. Business letter. Distribution of the letter on the page. Basic phraseology. Abbreviations. 5. Demand. Sample letters, phraseology, exercise. 6. Offre. 7. Advertising circulars and letters.
