Course objectives
Having met the course requirements, students are able to interpret independently literary texts from literature for children and young adults. They actively apply literary terminology. They are able to assess esthetic value of a literary text.
Syllabus
  • 1. The structure of the literary work. 2. An introduction to the theory of verse. 3. Language means of the literary text taking into consideration the specific nature of literature for children and youth. 4. Interpretative analyses of selected poetic and fictional texts of the literature for youth.
