Course objectives
Physical and general chemistry form fundament of chemical thinking, that is necessary to learn other chemical subjects. Physical-chemical laws and phenomena are used in analytical, inorganic and organic chemistry, biochemistry, chemical technology.

Main objectives can be summarized as follows
- to explain bases of physical chemistry,
- to understand how physical chemistry is used in analytical, inorganic and organic chemistry, biochemistry, chemical technology
- to be able to deduce more in order not to remember so much information.

The lecture expect knowledge of general chemistry.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will be able to
- to explain bases of physical chemistry,
- to understand how physical chemistry is used in analytical, inorganic and organic chemistry, biochemistry, chemical technology
- to be able to deduce more in order not to remember so much information.
