- Course objectives
- Anotation:
The aim of the course is to obtain the knowledges about the topic of the clear social education at the college level. The emphasis is on the logical structure of this discipline and to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for the operation of teachers in the educational environment of high school. For these reasons, in lectures, case studies included simple with an emphasis on the relationship of the subject matter for future practice students.
Objectives: The knowledges: A comprehensive overview of knowledge about the topic of social pedagogy with emphasis on the relationship of the subject matter to practice, to solve selected problems of social reality etc. Skills: To be able to identify the principles of social pedagogy. Perform sufficient analysis of simple social problems based on the principles of social education and propose solutions. Know the principles and the relationship of the subject matter to practical solutions to social problems. Be able to communicate in accordance with the principles of social education and ethics. Attitude: To learn the values of objectivity and significance of scientific work. Deepen the values of ethical behavior and responsibility towards themselves and others. - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students should know and be able to:
- Basic concepts and principles of social pedagogy.
- Describe areas of social problem and suggest possible solutions based on the knowledge of the topics social pedagogy. - Syllabus

The present of the concept of social pedagogy. Social pedagogy as a scientific discipline. 3. The basic concepts used by social pedagogy. Socialization as an attribute of social pedagogy. II. Outline of the theory of social pedagogy. 1. The environment and the education. 2. The culture and multicultural education. 3. The natural environment. The family as a basic element of the socialization. 4. The School and educational institutions from the perspective of the social pedagogy. 5. Social pedagogical communication. 6. Social pedagogy as life support. 7. Social Education in practice. Instead of social work in the educational influence of individuals and social groups.

- After the completing of the course, the students should know and be able to:
Basic concepts and principles of social pedagogy.
Describe the principles of social pedagogy and subject matter related to practical applications, particularly with regard to their future practice.
Identify the social problem and suggest the possible solutions based on knowledge of the topics of social pedagogy.
Essay (within max. 3 pages) on selected topics II. lectures and discussions in the framework of the colloquium; - Language of instruction
