Course objectives
In this course students deepen their basic knowledge of the subject matter of disciplines IMAp02 a IMAp03. They will be able to solve tasks and apply them to specific examples of school mathematics.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to - solve the problems of the subject curriculum discussed in IMAp02 and IMAp03 - transform the acquired knowledge into the elementary school mathematics
Syllabus
  • Repetition and extending subject matter of disciplines IMAp02, IMAp03: binary alg. operations and their properties, algebraic structures with   one and two operations. Numeral systems. The natural numbers as cardinal numbers, ordinal, and the elements of Peano sets. Operations with   cadinal and ordinal numbers. Specific properties of natural numbers. Integers, rational and real numbers Deepening the knowledge of basic theories on the above specific examples of school mathematics.
