Course objectives
After graduating the course, the student should be familiar with basic legal issues related to preschool children, preschool education and the managing of kindergarten.
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to develop the basic legal awareness of the managing of kindergarten (legal form, school regulations, relationship to the founder, the basis of labor law), the position of the child in the family (the basics of family law), the protection of the child's private personality (GDPR), international and legal protection of children and the fundamental rights of the child.
