- Course objectives
- Students get acquainted with the basics of art mediation and methods of activating work in the gallery. They are informed about the basics of the history of the work of museums and galleries as well as about the current mission and typology of galleries. They are prepared for active work with young people before a work of art. They themselves actively lead the program for the public in the exhibition space.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course the student is able to create and implement gallery animation in front of works of art and is acquainted with the basics of work in galleries and art museums.

- • history and present of art museums and galleries • gallery animation, personality of animator and lecturer • spoken expression in the gallery and creation of written interactive materials • work for the public in foreign and Czech galleries • principles of teamwork in the museum and gallery • promotion of the exhibition, information materials for visitors
