- Course objectives
- The course provides students with an orientation to the competences in secondary vocational schools, both in the area of key competences and in the area of vocational competences. Attention is paid to the analysis of key competences and common vocational competences contained in the framework curricula of individual study fields of secondary vocational schools, with an emphasis on linking the theoretical background of these competences with the possibility of their development in practice. Through simulation teaching, students will actively experience the problem situations they most often encounter in pedagogical practice. By problematic situations we mean both educational (pupils' indiscipline, bullying, communication problems between all teaching actors) and educational (problem-oriented and research-oriented teaching, problems with pupils' misunderstanding and motivation). Emphasis is placed on those competences that are directly related to the focus on business and services, technical and health education.
