- Course objectives
- The course introduces students to the issues of corporate economics, provides students with basic knowledge about the enterprise, production factors and their interrelationships. It explains the basic concepts of corporate economics, such as business factors of production, legal forms of business, business goals and management with implications for planning and decision-making in the enterprise. Attention is also paid to the organizational construction of the enterprise and the control processes. In relation to employees, the issue of remuneration and influencing work performance is also discussed. The basic connections in relation to the production factors of fixed assets and materials are also presented.

- After completing the course, the student will be able to define corporate economics as an economic discipline, the enterprise and its characteristics, production factors and their relationship to the company's production, company organization, various approaches to influencing employee performance and employee remuneration.
