- Course objectives
- The goal is to acquire the ability to create and use piano accompaniments to artificial songs, to stylize them and to create simple preludes, interludes and endings for them, to increase the quality of the skills of future music teachers in the 1st grade of elementary school with a focus on playing artificial and popular songs.
- Learning outcomes
- Student:
- controls various types of stylization and can use them functionally when accompanying songs;
- is able to transpose songs into a different tone;
- can create and play prelude, interlude and finale for the songs;
- combines the play of songs with singing. - Syllabus
- Playing instrument – the piano:
- The basics of improvisation.
- Accompaniments to a selection of 20 artificial and popular songs from 1st-3rd year primary school textbooks and thematic songbooks
- creation of prelude, interlude and finale
- use of secondary harmonic functions
- alternating bass, figuration, syncopated notes, harmonizing the melody by the right hand
