Course objectives
Annotation: The aim of the course is to get an overview of the occurrence of various risk situations, to identify, analyze and solve them in time in connection with school practice. The course includes risky situations that the teacher may encounter in his future teaching practice. The lectures include discussions focused on the discussed topic. The student will be acquainted with the possibility of a risky situation, risk identification, ways of possible prevention and solution of risky situations.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student should characterize selected risk situations in connection with school practice; is able to carry out a basic analysis of the risk situation that has arisen; is able, on the basis of his/her own assessment of the risk situation, to organise the protection of pupils entrusted to them (to protect life, health and property); is able to call and communicate with the helping entity; is aware of the legal implications for themselves in selected cases.
Syllabus
  • Syllabus of lectures (weeks or blocks): 1. Risk situations (concept, characteristics, social and situational risks); 2. Integrated Rescue System (functions and activities of the Integrated Rescue System, rights and obligations of legal and natural persons in emergencies, cooperation and coordination of rescue and security forces, ... in the joint carrying out of rescue and liquidation operations); 3. Selected emergency (characteristics, possibilities of protection and defence); 4. Selected emergency (characteristics, possibilities of protection and defence); 5. Dangerous offender (extremism, terrorism and aggressive behavior); 6. Dangerous offender (extremism, terrorism and aggressive behavior); 7. Injured party, victim of crime (concept, victim's behaviour and victim's assistance); 8. Criminal liability, extreme necessity, necessary defence, failure to prevent a crime, failure to report a crime;
