- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to practice the acquired knowledge and skills in Russian morphology on the basis of independent work with the provided texts and sets of exercises.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course the student will be able to:
- transfer theoretical knowledge of Russian grammar into practice;
- analyze a text and identify the phenomena of Russian morphology in it;
- compare the morphological system of Russian and Czech;
- use the knowledge gained to form Russian sentences correctly. - Syllabus
- 1. Introduction - word formation and word types.
- 2. Nouns - grammatical categories (case, gender, number) and inflection.
- 3. Nouns - inflection and identification of types.
- 4. Adjectives - types, gradations, short and full forms.
- 5. Pronouns - types, inflection.
- 6. Repetition.
