Course objectives
The course focuses on education towards tolerance, against racism and violence, it deals with multicultural education as part of the society, namely with regard to various target groups. The goal of the course is to outline the current topics of multicultural education, which are at the foreground of public attention. A major part of the course consists of meetings with representatives of each area of ME and practical involvement of the students.
Learning outcomes
Upon completing the course, the student will be able to: • Critically reflect upon current topics of multiculutural education • Define complex concepts from ME • Work in a team on compiling a multicultural programme • Give feedback to a specific muticultural programme
