Course objectives
The course is based on the Cisco IT Essentials curriculum and covers IT technology from the point of view of building, configuring and managing PCs and solving ICT problems. At the theoretical and practical level, the student acquires knowledge and skills to manage information and communication technology devices.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will know: - Personal computers and portable devices - Operating system - Computer networks - Security - Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting
