Cílem výuky školského a sociálního managementu je seznámit studenty s pojetím a Obsahem předmětu školského a sociálního managementu, hlavními současnými směry a koncepcemi, stejně jako s ekonomickými možnostmi a nástroji v oblasti školství a práce a sociálních věcí ČR, se základními pojmy školského a sociálního managementu, osvojit si základy právního vědomí a jednání na základě znalostí školské, sociální i občanské pracovněprávní problematiky, aby se mohli stát aktivními členy společenského systému řízení, podílet se na řízení svého pracoviště, vytvářet jeho profil a pověst. Učí se chápat základní systémy řízení, efektivní metody řízení školství, výchovy, vzdělávání a sociální problematiky.
Syllabus
  • The goal of school and social management classes is to familiarise the students with the conception and content of school and social management subject, main directions and conceptions of these days, as well as with economical possibilities and tools in the area of work and social affairs in CR.
