Course objectives
Seminar work focuses on problems of teaching languages and stylistics in secondary schools. We accentuate teaching syntax, morphology, and general language explanations. Teaching stylistics in secondary schools focuses on functional styles problems and preparation of school-leaving essays / written works. It emphasizes the differences of language and stylistic teaching based on the type of a secondary school. A part of the seminar programme is a practical Internet training and language and stylistic teaching computer programmes for secondary schools.

  • 1 Organization of the Czech language teaching in secondary schools. 2 Teacher pupil relationship. 3 Types of lessons of teaching language and stylistic in secondary schools. 4 Preparation for grammar and stylistic lessons. 5 Motivation in the Czech language lessons. 6 Appreciation and classification in the Czech language lessons. 7 Preparation and classification of essays. 8 Teaching the individual thematic units.
